As mentioned, dry kibble is very heavily processed, and includes being exposed to high temperature causing alteration & Loss of nutrients. Additionally, dry kibble is usually contaminated with Fungal mycotoxins, bacteria, storage pest & etc.
Beware that dry kibbles that are not refrigerated & store in
warm warehouse, petstore shelves or your cupboard for a long period of time before use can cause rancid fats & bacteria will also thrive in these conditions
I have heard so many cat owners said their cats are fine with dry kibble & that actually saddened me as I believe in preventative nutrition. I have seen many cases where the medical problem that could have been avoided if the owners feed their cats a species-Appropriate diet to begin with.
