For any shipping changes or cancellations, a 1 business day notice is required.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address error or delays due to shipping services. If there are any delays or lost packages, please contact us & provide images immediately. You must contact our customer service 017-6136977 immediately if your shipping address is not correct on your invoice.

Any orders shipped/fulfilled cannot be cancelled. If a box is lost/damaged we will investigate & discuss further action, which may include replacing the product at our expense, providing you a full or partial credit, providing a refund of the purchase price, or determining that no remedy is appropriate.

We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund. To guarantee the chain of custody of all products we sell, we do not accept any returns.
