1. Domestic Shipping
PetFIT offers FREE delivery with purchases of RM165.00 and above, provided the delivery address is within a 25km radius.
For distances extending beyond this coverage area, an additional delivery charge of RM1.00 per kilometer will apply.
2. Self-Collect
Self-collect parcel at a convenient time; To use this delivery service, in “Shipping Method”, select “Self Collection”.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Your parcel will reach you around 3 – 7 working days. All orders received Monday – Friday will be processed for pick & pack and delivered out the next day (not included public holiday & weekend).
Orders made on Friday will only be shipped on Monday. If you do not receive your order within 3 – 7 working days, please contact our customer service department at +6017-6136 977 to track your order.
