1. Domestic Shipping
PetFIT offers FREE delivery with purchase RM120.00 & above. Shipping charges for orders above RM65.00 is as per below:
West Malaysia: RM16.00
2. Self-Collect
Self-collect parcel at a convenient time; To use this delivery service, in “Shipping Method”, select “Self Collection”.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Your parcel will reach you around 3 – 7 working days. All orders received Monday – Friday will be processed for pick & pack and delivered out the next day (not included public holiday & weekend).
Orders made on Friday will only be shipped on Monday. If you do not receive your order within 3 – 7 working days, please contact our customer service department at 017-6136977 to track your order.
